La ropa que vestimos, las piezas que lucimos pasan a ser parte de nuestra proyeccion hacia el Universo, por eso creo que debemos ponernos esa ropa que nos hace sentir: bellas, felices y comodas. Pero lo mas importante, es la actitud con la que nos mostramos, la ropa que usamos se convierte en nuestra segunda piel, por lo que debe reflejar nuestra escencia, la mia es Afrocubana, por ende Afrodescendiente. Y estoy mas que orgullosa de mis raices, por eso mis creaciones son la muestra de mi alma...
Amigas y amigos, con estas creaciones solo le doy rienda suelta a la imaginacion. Desde hace mucho tiempo diseno y realizo mi ropa para el escenario. Despues continue con pequeñas creaciones para mi uso personal. No fue hasta año 2018, que en la Ciudad de Miami, dos grandes amigas, dos grandes actrices, Alejandra Cosio y Marta Velazco me incitaron a hacer creaciones para ellas y para otras amigas, asi surgio este bello proyecto, donde aprendo dia a dia el arte del buen vestir. Diseñando y realizando confecciones de estilo Afro, usando material comodo, elegante, con grandes turbantes y tallas para todas, pero en especial para nosotras, las mujeres de cuerpos voluminosos e imponentes. Les puedo prometer que me superare día a día para crecer juntas y darnos tanto carino como se pueda.The clothes we wear, the pieces we wear become part of our projection to the Universe, so I think we should wear those clothes that make us feel: beautiful, happy and comfortable. But the most important thing is the attitude with which we show ourselves, not the clothes themselves ... Friends, with these creations I only give free rein to the imagination. For a long time I have designed and made my clothes for the stage. Then continue with small creations for my personal use. It was not until last 2018, in the City of Miami, two great friends, two great actresses, Alejandra Cosio and Marta Velazco encouraged me to make creations for them and other friends, so this beautiful project arose, where I learned the art of good wear. Designing and making Afro-style garments, using comfortable, elegant material, with large turbans and sizes for all, but especially for us; Women with bulky bodies and long legs. I can promise myself that I will get over it.
